The You and Your Inner Circle Seminar

In this seminar, you analyse your “inner circles” of people and thereby recognize who truly stands close to you with love and care. In this process, you discover whom you trust to what extent and who genuinely supports you in your endeavours in a selfless manner.

You learn the helpful concept of the “Child, Adult, and Wise Mindset” . Based on this, you reflect on which mindset you yourself predominantly embody and how you perceive the significant people in your life.

Through wonderful exercises and belief work , you can finally resolve old wounds (for example through shaming and embarrassment) and receive new, empowering downloads related to relationships, friendship, trust, setting boundaries, support, and much more.

The aim of this seminar is that you bring more people you trust and who support you into your inner networks and can distance yourself from people who are not good for you, as they may be in a Child mindset (as far as it feels right for you). In this way, you create around you a network of peoplein which you feel comfortable and safe , fully trusting, so that you can shape your life in all areas according to your wishes and needs.
