Professional background
Studies and academic career
Being very curious and interested in “people,” I studied psychology . Many questions were answered, and many new ones arose. My academic career (2007 – 2017) and researching human behavior and its underlying influencing factors were very fulfilling for me.
Crisis as an opportunity
Doch vieles blieb in dieser Zeit auch auf der Strecke: mein Herz, mein Bauchgefühl, meine intuitiven Fähigkeiten. Ich habe versucht, das meiste „mit dem Kopf“ zu lösen. Das hat mich 2016 in eine ordentliche crisis in 2016: I experienced burnout and had to take a break.
It became clear that I had to decide what I truly wanted, where and how my life should continue.
It was time to initiate change .
It was time to finally live “my whole self” …
… with mind, heart and gut
… and to fully integrate my intuitive abilities into my professional life.
There is more to life than we know
During this crisis, I explored alternative healing methods – in addition to conventional medicine. Not only because I had always known and felt that there is “more” to life than we can currently measure, but also because conventional medicine was not of much help in my own crisis.
So I completed training as a Prana Vita therapist (2016 – 2019), as well as training in “reading the morphic field” (2017), and began applying these acquired skills in my own practice from 2018 onward.
But that was not all. Then came ThetaHealing®.

My journey to ThetaHealing®
At the end of 2016, I came across ThetaHealing®, read a seminar description about it, and immediately knew: „Das ist es, was ich schon lange suche!“. Shortly after, I was sitting in the Basic seminar and discovered my Theta.Intelligence.
ThetaHealing hat mein changed my lifelike nothing else: after my burnout crisis, it made me feel
whole and happy again,
light and joyful
No other method works as holistically and sustainably for me. Changes are physically and psychologically noticeable.
Since January 2017, I have been a ThetaHealing® practitioner and apply ThetaHealing in my own practice.
Since August 2020, I have also been a ThetaHealing® teacher for various seminars and offer a training package as well.
Intuitive abilities
Through ThetaHealing®, I have learned not only to fully acknowledge my intuitive abilities, but also to take them completely seriously. Ever since I was a child, I have perceived energies that are not noticeable to others. For a long time, this caused me a lot of fear, so I suppressed these perceptions and did not live “my whole self.”
With ThetaHealing®, I have learned to train these intuitive abilities and to use them in a very intentional wayToday, I primarily make decisions based on my intuition and do not always need to “know” why. I trust this gut feeling, or rather my body, which usually gives a clear yes or no. At the latest in retrospect, my intuitive decision is always confirmed.
Problems become opportunities for growth
With ThetaHealing and the use of my Theta.Intelligence, my life has become so much more joyful and light. Problems have turned into challenges from which I can learn and grow .
Of course, my life is not always easy. I have my own topics I work on … but there are ponies, and we definitely trot much more and more joyfully than before; some of these ponies can even fly and have a horn on their forehead 😉
So I know what it means to turn your life upside down, to start over, to change – and, despite all fears, to follow joy and a new path.

I dance.
In 2021, I discovered the “5 Rhythms” for myself – a free dance practice that is not only dancing and a workout for me, but also meditation, inner reflection, mindfulness training, personal development and therapy. While dancing – just like in ThetaHealing® – I feel free and limitless, connected to “all that is,” and above all, fully myself.
